Payment Options

We currently exclusively accept PayPal payments which accept a variety of secure types of payments to include Electronic Check or Bank Transfer or paying with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.  Through PayPal you can pay for your items safe and securely with or without a PayPal account. After your purchase is complete you will be redirected back to dbdcustomjewelry.com.  Orders are shipped 1 to 2 Day Air typically 1 day after receiving an order if the item is in-stock.  For more shipping information please see our Shipping Policy section. Warranty

We offer a warranty with any jewelry purchases over $1,000.00 (Retail Price). This warranty comes in handy in cases where you have accidentally damaged your jewelry, or an item is proven defective due to a manufacturing error or error on our part.  Even without a warranty, we will repair or replace any jewelry proven defective, in either materials or manufacturer, free of charge.

Appraisals

Free jewelry appraisals are also available with jewelry purchases over $1,000.00. Jewelry appraisals include the suggested retail value or the cost it would be to replace you piece of jewelry. Appraisals also include technical specifications, such as: diamond weight, metal weight, diamond shape, and diamond clarity. Appraisals are a $50-$90 value given free with purchases over $1,000.00. Appraisals on gold teeth, and gold chains without diamonds, and watches, are currently not available.

Shipping Policy

We ship all in-stock products FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air 1 to 2 days after receiving an order. Overnight and Saturday shipping can be available (Please call for options.) All products not in-stock are usually shipped 1 to 3 weeks. Returned items may also be subject to a non-refundable shipping cost.Custom orders are shipped 2 to 6 weeks after receiving an order, depending on complexity. If an item is not in-stock you will be notified promptly. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

 Pricing & Advertisements

Jewelry on flyers and other advertisements is enlarged to show detail. All diamond weights are approximate. Chain is not included in pendant price. There may be additional charges for jewelry sizing. We make every effort to avoid errors in pricing and product information, however, if a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without any notice. All photographic, clerical, typographical and printing errors are subject to correction. Prices are in U.S.D, sales tax is separate and the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange and Returns Policy

Because all jewelry is custom made we do not offer refunds.Except in the event that any part of our products prove defective, in either materials or manufacturer; in this case we will repair or replace it within 30 days of the purchase, free of charge.  Any Returned items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase (7 days during major seasons) Returned items must be in perfect condition. Custom Pieces may not be exchanged. Any product missing the serial number or original tag will not be accepted. All merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and are subject to a $25 or 25% re-stocking fee.

Custom orders are given an estimated time depending on the complexity of an item. Because the custom piece is customized to or for you there will be no refund or exchange or store credit of any kind on custom gold teeth or jewelry.

There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! However, Because the cap/s are custom made *IF* a set of gold caps do not fit you must inform us immediately (meaning when you first try your caps on) you may bring it back to us; if we determine that the caps do not fit due to an error on our part we will repair the cap/s free of charge. If you purchase single caps it is highly recommended that you purchase an additional bridge (a bridge is a gold front or back piece in addition to single caps that helps hold together single caps.) If you choose not to follow our recommendation you waive your right for any free repair for single caps that do not fit.  However if it is determined that the cap/s do not fit due to improper use or failure to follow our notice, you will be responsible for repair cost. Any deposits or unpaid balances after 90 Days (Ninety Days) on gold teeth or jewelry are forfeited and or subject to re-melt cost.
